| 01. Enable Serial Number for Stocks |
| Go to File > System Options > Stock (2) > tick "Show Serial No. and Display as" then tick also the settings you want to apply like "Compulsory select Serial No." |

| 03. How to add custom pages for the Report Builder |
| Go to Start > Control Panel > Printers and Faxes. Select the printer that you will be using and set it as Default Printer, as well as the default printer in QnE. Then go to File > Server Properties. On the Forms tab, tick "Create a New Form." On the Form Name, type the name of the form or paper size you will create. Then define the size and margins. Click "Save Form" to save it. |

| 05. What is Connection Checking Time in System Options > Others? |
| This is to refresh the Users Connected to the system by how many second it is set. |
| 06. Can I customize reports from other databases? |
| Yes. Export the report from other database and then import to the database that will be using that report. |
| 07. How to limit the number of records shown per page? |
| Right-click on the Detail Band in Report Builder then select Position then on the PrintCount, place the number of records you want to see per page. |
| 08. Variable in the report customization cannot choose the format 0,000.00 |
| Go to the Variable and select in. On the upper left hand of the screen, you can see a drop-down menu. Change the format from String to Double. |
| 09. Why I cannot select Selling Price or Margin by % in Price Group in Stock Item Maintenance? |
| Price Tag overrides Price Group. To check whether Price Tag is enabled, go to File > System Options > Premier Features > untick Show Price Tag and Display as. |
